hi, I'm Melanie

I’m here to make sure you know —

There IS a way to build a sustainable business that’s aligned with YOUR values, serves your clients at the highest level, and honors YOU — the bad bitch running the show.

There IS a way to make bank doing what you love (changing the world with your coaching) WITHOUT overworking nights and weekends or hustling yourself into constant burnout.

And there abso-fkn-lutely is a way to STOP feeling icky about making money, to stop second-guessing all your decisions, to stop feeling anxious about marketing and selling, and to stop playing small when you know you’re a big f*cking deal…

All of this happens when you START doing business the feminist way.

And THAT is my jam, bish!

You probably didn’t start your business, with the plan to go balls to the wall (lol) on the hamster wheel of hustle

I’m guessing the start of your business looked more like this:

You decided to go all in 100% — and do this thing you love while serving people in some way.

So you got your coaching certification and got to work signing clients…

That’s when you started looking around at other people to see what strategies they use to market and sell and interpreted that as the way you’re supposed to do things.

It was helpful and inspiring at first, right?

But then you accidentally put on their clothes, their voice, their values…

You took on everybody else’s strategy and stopped listening to yourself.

Overwork and hustle became your norm as you added all the things on the to-do list and told yourself, ‘Biiiitch, you better make this happen.’

And while you thought you’d have the best boss in the world (yourself!), the reality is, you’re in your head, telling yourself you need to hurry, get to work and make more money and btw LOOK AT ALL THE THINGS YOU HAVEN’T DONE YET.

The mean boss in your brain might also say…

No, you can’t rest and you better not take a vacation.

You can’t hire a coach, you can’t hire a VA until you make at LEAST $100k…

You can’t stop marketing three times a day until you sign more clients…

You don’t know how to run a business, you’re never gonna make the money you want to, you should be spending more time with your partner/kids…

If you’re thinking, ‘DAMN, how to F did I stray so far from those early days when I knew I was here to kick butt and take names?’

Here’s why —

You forget who the fuck you are because you’ve internalized BS patriarchal messages!

There’s one right way to do things and your way IS NOT IT, so do what everyone else is doing, meanwhile…

Don’t be too big

Don’t be too loud

Don’t be too confident

Don’t be too smart

Don’t be too successful or ambitious

Don’t be too sexy

Don’t be inappropriate

Don’t be different.

You’ve been taught that your ideas aren’t good enough.

You’ve been taught that someone outside of you knows the best and right way to grow a successful business.

And it just ain’t true. Not by a long shot.

It’s time to remember who to F you are

You’re a bad bitch.

YOUR words are valuable.

YOUR ideas are valuable.

YOUR edges and creativity are what the world is itching for.

YOU are the magic sauce.

Somebody else does not have the keys.

YOU DO.

THAT’s what lights a fire up my ass as the feminist business coach for bad bitches like you.

The feminist way of doing business is built on all these truths

And you know building a feminist business is for you if…

  • You give a shit about human beings of all stripes and colors

  • You want to honor your humanity rather than treating yourself like a resource to be exploited

  • You care about justice and equity and you are OVER the dude-bro startup culture way of entrepreneurship

  • You’re lit up about running a sustainable business in alignment with

  • your own values (rather than the ‘best business practices’ handed down

  • by mediocre white men),

  • You’re here to make a f* ton of money & the world a better place at the same time

Giving up how old white dudes do business doesn’t mean throwing all good sense to the wind and feeling like you’re lost in the wild wild west

Creating a rebel feminist business is simple when you

→ Have a repeatable process that lays the foundation for your sustainable success — starting with consistent monthly income and your first hustle-free $100k.

→ Uplevel how you see yourself and step into your Bad Bitch Identity—the version of you who knows exactly what to do, lives by your own rules and style, and trusts your people to love you as much as you love them.

→ Cultivate a loving, in-service relationship with your people so marketing and selling feel like a fun, empowering conversation with people you adore who love you right back.

→ Untangle your relationship with making and having money, setting and reaching goals, and being publicly visible

→ Build a compassionate boss/employee relationship with yourself, so you’re setting goals that feel fun, enjoyable, and sustainable for the life of your business while honoring free time so you stop hustling and burning out (because the way you treat yourself on the way to making 6-, multiple 6-, and 7-figures is the difference between making it there, and NOT. It’s THAT fucking important.)

When you build your strength in each of these, that’s when you BECOME the person who creates a hustle free $100k (and SO much more) feminist business based on YOUR ideals and YOUR values.

This is exactly what you learn in my 1:1 VIP Day.

Want to know more about me?

Sure thing, boo!

I’ll keep it simple and random with these 11 facts…

  1. My favorite ways to rest and recharge is to get in a Peloton ride (you can BET I’m picking the Cody Rigsby classes), cuddle my Boston Terrier puppy Derby, or listen to a true crime podcast (Murdaugh Murders, anyone?? It’s so fucked up. And it’s so South Carolina.)

  2. I discovered I was a feminist in college. Before then, I was raised very republican and Southern Baptist. I was taught to be a good girl, be perfect, get straight A’s, etc. I started rebelling against that when I was 11 by smoking, drinking, and running away. Yeah, at ELEVEN. Hi.

  1. In my last year of college and first year out of college I worked as a stripper. I got so much from that experience (confidence, feeling sexy, but also I learned how gross dudes can REALLY be when they don’t have to be on their ‘best behavior’) but I was always putting on a performance in order to make money, and that started to feel like self-exploitation. One of my favorite things about being in business is when I show up on social media I’m just being 100% me. And I’m petty AF sometimes LOL

  1. I learned to read tarot in 2016 and have owned up to 40 tarot and oracle decks at once. I love reading for my biz besties and sometimes myself (even though I already know what the cards are gonna say – it’s always what I don’t wanna do!)

  1. My breast cancer diagnosis in 2011 (at 34 years old) is the big thing behind my no-fucks-given mentality towards superficial shit that most people worry about. It stripped away what felt like all of the traditional femininity things. I had no breasts, no body hair, no hair on my head, no eyebrows or lashes, no periods. It’s at that point where you’re like, “Who am I now? Who am I if I can’t define myself by my feminine appearance? I’m just a human being.” That experience helped me realize that I had no fucks to give for any surface level shit. Life is really short. Just love your people and make a difference while you’re here.

  1. Breast cancer developed my self-reliance like a motherfucker. I desperately wanted somebody to save me and somebody to make it go away. Butttt… that’s not a thing. So I had to be the hero of my own story. It forced me to save myself and come to terms with a different way of thinking about myself. I’m powerful. I can do some serious shit. I can do hard things. (pssst – same goes with you, boo! You can do some shit!)

  1. My husband and I geek out on board games – my faves include Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective, Arkham Horror Card Game, and Quacks of Quedlinburg.

  1. I love creating my own custom drinks — whether non-alchoholic like a Dirty Early Gray (EG bag steeped in coffee), or a cocktail like an Oaxaca Old Fashioned (mezcal & tequila instead of bourbon)

  2. I’m a certified yoga instructor but I’ve never had an interest in teaching yoga classes. I signed up for the spiritual connection, learning the poses, and nailing a handstand (success! No wall required!) random]

  3. On the giant glass shelves behind me in my office, there’s a giant collection of self-help books — I hoard them and take tons of notes (in the books themselves & in notebooks too!). So my self-help books have gotta be paperback. Whereas fiction? I’ll only read them on my kindle.

  4. I LOVE what I do because supporting bad bitches to bring their FULL selves to their biz and make bank without burnout is one of my favorite ways to eff up the patriarchy.
It serves the patriarchy for you BURN THE FUCK OUT. It means you won’t have the energy to affect change.
It serves the patriarchy for you to not make money. Because the less money you have, the more you struggle. And the more you struggle, the less attention you have on making change.
The more nourished you are as a human — nourished with money, time, and energy — the more good you can do in the world.

That’s what I’m here to support you to do.
